Custom Molded Assembly

LeeMAH provides custom molded interconnection systems for existing cable assemblies, or can assist in developing a design that complements the intended application in a truly cost effective manner.

The cost of a complete molded cable, including material provided by LeeMAH, generally will be less than the in-house labor needed to assemble a traditional connector and backshell. Consequently, customers choose to take advantage of LeeMAH's extensive engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing expertise.

Custom molding prevents reliability problems because the products are designed specifically for the intended application with molding that provides strain-relief and rugged protection for soldered or crimped contacts.

With a large inventory of over-mold tooling, we offer customers the aesthetic and performance benefits of PVC over-molded cables without the costs and time requirements to build tooling. Many of our over-molds can accommodate a customer name or logo on removable inserts for a more custom appearance.

Harness Assembly

LeeMAH has extensive experience in producing a wide variety of individual harness assemblies and component sub-assemblies tailored to customer specifications. Customer requirements range from small quantity prototype production to high volume interconnection systems.
