Surface Mount Technologies

LeeMAH utilizes Juki SMT assembly equipment designed for flexibility, accuracy and speed. Our equipment layout and modular equipment design allows for true flexibility in working with high-mix scenarios. SMT set-up is handled offline offering maximum efficiency.

Ball Grid Array

BGA assembly at LeeMAH Electronics complements our SMT capabilities. The latest available technology insures a high quality BGA assembly, while inspection and repair capabilities coupled with our SPC processes insure high-quality BGA interconnects. Early involvement by LeeMAH's engineering staff in reviewing customer supplied data insures an on- time production release. LeeMAH can accept SMT/BGA data on film, floppy diskette or electronic transfer.

Pin-Thru-Hole Assembly

Throughout the years, LeeMAH Electronics has worked on pin-thru-hole boards from the highly complex, requiring hundreds of components, to the very simple, requiring only a few parts. LeeMAH Electronics has been able to meet each challenge set forth by its customers.
